As Vice President of Product Marketing, Ramin Farassat is charged with strategically marketing RGB Networks’ line of video processing products to service providers around the world.
Prior to joining RGB, Farassat was Director of Marketing and Broadcast Technologies Architect for SkyStream Networks where he was responsible for the company's product initiatives, including requirements and technology specifications, as well as corporate strategy. Farassat has more than 18 years of experience in the data, voice and video networking industry and is an expert in the convergence of data and broadcast networks, video services, voice-over-IP, broadband wireless, network management, and security technologies. Farassat has also held positions at Cisco, Systems, Compaq Computers (Hewlett-Packard) and New Bridge (Alcatel).
